Taking Your Leg Workout to the Next Level

 On these latest videos, I want to give you a real look at how I do my workouts and why. I train with a purpose for each muscle group. 

My latest video shows exactly what I'm talking about. Sometimes it's not pretty but always effective. 

Here is my leg routine:

  • Back squat 6x3 ( work up the weight each time, don't start your sets with light weight)
  • Partial rep burn out set 1x20
  • Single leg banded trap bar split squat 4x12
  • Barbell lunges 4x10 on each leg
  • Quick feet to box jump 6x2 on each side
  • Single leg quick feet 4x2 on each side
  • I always end out with 2-4 high box jumps
