My latest video shows exactly what I'm talking about. Sometimes it's not pretty but always effective.
Here is my leg routine:
- Back squat 6x3 ( work up the weight each time, don't start your sets with light weight)
- Partial rep burn out set 1x20
- Single leg banded trap bar split squat 4x12
- Barbell lunges 4x10 on each leg
- Quick feet to box jump 6x2 on each side
- Single leg quick feet 4x2 on each side
- I always end out with 2-4 high box jumps
