Here is a a little bit of my Ab Workout that I did today at the gym…
-10 Barbell chest press to V-sit (video is on my Instagram and Facebook)
-10 each side Cable Wood Choppers
-15 each side Bosu Oblique Crunches
-15 Med Ball Twist Crunch (touch side to side then sit up and throw against something and catch it)
Repeat as many times as you want!
Also wanted to give a shout out to Warrior Fuel and their “HERS” pre-workout. I never used to take pre-workout because I didn’t think I needed it because I love working out so much. But I have been taking HERS for about 2 months now consistently and it’s amazing.
